This was a really unusual item in terms of how we made the folder using an aluminium substrate with polyprop as a material sandwiched between the two layers of metal. This allowed us to form the shape of the folder.

Once we had the shape cut out as a flat piece of material, we then used a flood coat of screen-print to print the images and colour across the surface of the aluminium.

Finally we used laser cutting to form the shape of the logo through the metal to give an amazing finish on this unique piece of packaging.
